Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • be unworn

  • be unwashed

  • be in original condition

  • include original tags where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Include:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

  • the reason for the return

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

Exchanges

At this time, exchanges may not be available.

If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
